We are looking for an agent that is focused on building relationships with their clients. The primary objective of a team agent is prospecting for and acquiring new clients and converting existing clients into closed transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an agent to grow their real estate career. Here are some of the responsibilities of a Team Agent:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
• Daily prospecting to acquire and convert leads
• Negotiate contracts on the clients behalf
• Attend and participate in Team events and contests
• Participate in  Team prospecting activities as outlined in the team agent contract
• Perform comparative market analysis for potential sellers
• Hold open houses as outlined in the team agent contract
• Select and facilitate agent on duty shifts
• Meet minimum production expectations
• Create a 5 star experience for buyers and sellers
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and consistently improve your skillset
